Graham Richard Baker was a Cornishman and an accountant.
Initiated in 1982, aged 36, he rose to be installed as Worshipful Master in 1987 and again in 1992. He joined St Euny Lodge No 6025 in Cornwall and was exalted into Rose of Sharon Chapter No 1006.
He organised a visit by the Lodge to work a Second Degree ceremony at St Euny Lodge in Cornwall. He would be appointed PPJGD by The Provincial Grand Lodge of Cornwall in 1992.
