Leonard Denman Fleming was gazetted a 2nd Lieutenant in the Regiment on 7 August 1914.
He was initiated into the Lodge on 31 March 1915 by which date he had been promoted Lieutenant.
He is shown in the group photograph shown above on the day of his initiation with his fellow Lodge members Lt Col Bradney, Captains Sampson, Scott and Hunter, Lt Feming and 2nd Lt Keeson.
