Major Frederick Mason-Green was the only son of F W Green of Collyers, Nazeing, Essex. He married Helen Mary Baker in 1932.

He was a Stockbroker.

He was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant into the 22nd (The Queen’s) Bttn London Regiment from the Inns of Court OTC in July 1910.

He was initiated into the Lodge in November 1919 aged 34.

He was installed as Worshipful Master in 1917. He presented the Lodge with a Indian native sword for the use by the Inner Guard. He was given London Grand Rank in 1938.

The Second World War saw him serving in the War Office and as an Army Welfare Officer having returned to the Colours.

He died in 1958.
